IMMIGRATION COURT MENTOR, LLC
Scope: This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by Immigration Court Mentor, LLC (“ICM,” “we,” or “us”) through our websites, our Thinkific-hosted online course platform, and related online services (together, the “Services”), including when an attorney or law firm representative creates an account, purchases a course, accesses course content, participates in mentoring, or otherwise interacts with us online.
Immigration Court Mentor, LLC (ICM) does not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide email contact information to subscribe to the Immigration Court Mentor, LLC email list newsletter, send feedback to Immigration Court Mentor, LLC, register for one of Immigration Court Mentor, LLC’s courses or respond to a survey. If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of changes to Immigration Court Mentor, LLC, to survey you about your use or opinion of Immigration Court Mentor, LLC, or to ask for your support. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.
We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside ICM or its service providers (who use the information only for authorized ICM purposes) unless we are legally required to do so.

Service providers and vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, our Thinkific learning management platform, email marketing providers, video-hosting providers, analytics providers (including Google Analytics), IT hosting, and customer support tools. Independent contractor instructors, where necessary to deliver the course content and mentoring you or your firm have purchased, including limited access to your name, employer, and course enrollment or completion status.
Law firm and organizational clients, where a firm or other organization purchases access to a course or program on your behalf, in which case we may share information about your enrollment and course completion with that firm or organization as needed to administer the program.
Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ICM, our users, or others.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention: We generally retain personal information for as long as your firm maintains an active relationship with us and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. This typically includes retaining course and certificate records for a period that allows firms and learners to document training activity. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our data retention practices.
Professional Audience: Our Services and courses are intended for adult attorneys and law school graduates and are not directed to children or to the general public. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18, and we do not permit minors to enroll in our courses. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. Immigration Court Mentor, LLC will collect and use Customer’s personal information to process this order and deliver the purchased services. Provider will also use Customer’s personal information for marketing and informational purposes as described above.
